Ordering from our website is a simple process:

1. Select the product you wish to order by simply clicking on the product you require.
2. Upload your file
   - Click browse to select a file from your computer
   - Leave a small note in the comments section (ie. pic for mouse pad)
   - Click upload
   Once the photo is upload you will receive a completed message
3. Select the quantity you require and click "add to cart"
4. Click Checkout
   - If you are an existing customer simply login using your username and password
   - If you are a new customer, complete the registration information (a confirmation email will be sent to your email address).

Problems Uploading Photos??

If you have any problems uploading photos through our system, skip that step in the order process. Simply check out through Paypal as normal and then email the pic to This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it and put a short note in the subject line eg. Photo for Pendant in the name of Smith. I will send a return email indicated that the photos has been received.

When you place an order you will receive an e-mail with your order number.

When the Studio has completed the order you will receive another email with details on how long until you receive your order depending on the delivery method.
Generally speaking Gifts will be dispatched within 2 Working Days.

Australian Capital Cities: 2-4 business days
Australian Regional Areas: 3-6 business days
International: 10-14 business days
